A very quick post to show this card for Christmas Card Throwdown.
Our April technique challenge is:
I'm not at all happy with my card but here it is:
It's not what I'd planned and I've had no time to spend on making it better. The first idea resulted in glitter all over my desk and shoes!
Do have a go at our challenge and show me how it should be done! You have two weeks to play along.
I'm going away to try again for next week. Do visit the rest of the DT cards, they are amazing as ususal.

You made such a pretty shaker card :-)) I like the "shaker" star. Hugs, Andreja
ReplyDeleteI think your star shaker is gorgeous! Clean, crisp, bold - looks fabulous. Deborah, xx
ReplyDeleteSuperbe et efficace Alison, elle est festive et joyeuse, j'aime ce que tu en as fait, biz
ReplyDeleteNot sure exactly what your not happy about with this card. We are our own worst critique . I love the star shape as your shaker element and the sequin shapes inside look great too. Hugs Mrs A.
ReplyDeleteI think it is gorgeous Alison!! I do know exactly what you mean though. I have a troubled relationship with shaker cards...the proper tape made all the difference for me though. They can be a monumental faff but the end results are stunning I think xx
