It's all coming down

 Hello lovely crafters

I'm finally back with a card. I've done a little crafting over the last few months but nothing I've been able to share.

Today I'm sorting out my Christmas cards and finding, as usual, that I don't have enough. I hope you are doing better than me.

Here is one I started making and then didn't know where I was going with it. Loved the gell print, then I didn't like the stamping top left so I had to try and save it. In the end I used some die cuts to cover the stamping.

I'm skipping over to the Snippets Playground where I haven't been for ages. I've been peering in through the gates but not managed to come and play. Here are the snippets I've used. I know I'm not the only one who saves bits of envelope. This is what's left of a gold one plus white snippets.

Then I wanted to add an insert to write on and found this scrap already embossed, which fitted perfectly. Good job!

Thanks for visiting, enjoy your day x

  2. Hello there Alison - delighted to see you playing along and to know all is well. As Val says, that's a delightful Christmas card, super background and a great save top left - which we wouldn't have guessed anyhow - LOVE the Lavinia cat as well. AND, what a smart insert for the card. You're back with a bang for sure!!

  3. Hi Alison

Smashing gelli print and a great save by adding the die cut foliage over the top of the stamping you didn't like. I think the stamping looks nice in the background! FAB Christmas card. Hope you get a chance to catch up with your festive makes in time for the big day!

Thanks for coming to play in the Snippets Playground. See you up in the treehouse shortly. xxx
